Improving the lives of children, youth, and their families requires both direct services and public policy advocacy. Decisions made at all policy levels - US Congress, NC State Legislature, Buncombe County Commissioners, Asheville City Council, and local school boards - impact community resources, family programs, and children's lives everyday.
